Provides you several options to pay your water bill.

(1). Click on the BILL PAY button, set up your account and password with Xpress Bill Pay then experience the ease of paying your bills on-line with your credit / debit card or electronic funds transfer from checking or savings. If you want to learn more about Xpress Bill Pay, click here.

• On-line Payments may not be credited to your account for 48 hours.
• The on-line payment history may not reflect payments made within our office.
• A convenience fee will be charged by the internet Hosting Company.

(2). Visit our office and pay in person or use the drop box.

• Payments deposited into the drop box should be identified with the account name and number.
• All payments deposited into the drop box will be posted on the next business day.

(3). Mail your Moongate Water bill payment to.

• Payments should be identified with the account name and number.
• You can always call Moongate to obtain your current account balance (575-382-7001).

(4). Have your bank send a check.
